Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Policy
Buyer is responsible for shipping expenses unless otherwise noted. Painting will ship within a week of payment, commissions will be sent in an agreed time period between the client and artist.
Return/Refund Policy
Freight Damage claims must be reported to the delivering driver immediately. | Shortages and Damages must be reported to Katie Collins Paintings within 10 days of receipt of merchandise or Katie Collins Paintings will not be responsible for any loses incurred. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. | Returns are subject to the cost of shipping.
